  2. Monthly Requests

    Version 1.0.0

    8 downloads

What's New in Version Oct 25, 2017 Here is the updated list with everyone who has personally confirmed their contact information and request. I still have several hospitals, centers and groups that did not reply to me yet. I will continue to add requests onto the spreadsheet as we get them. I have also included any individual requests at the top of the list. If you have questions, please let me know. Don't forget to look at the bi-monthly "adopt a center/hospital" so we can donate to those centers who have a need and have been missed in years past. I have one list for NICU and one list for Memory Boxes. I posted them under each section. We can spread the wealth from our talented volunteers. What changed from 10/13/17 list to the 10/25/17 list? Made notes 3 places where on donations were made. Shelia Cole at Brooks Memorial is full now. She received several donations in September so they ask to wait to send more donations at this time. Please contact her first to see if she has room to store more donations. Stephanie Ochs at Richland Memorial Hospital is full for now. Please contact her first to see if she has room to store more donations.

  4. Cradle (sewn) - Elaine Zamora

Sarah, this is lovely. I love the lace!!
  5. Cradle (sewn) - Elaine Zamora

I just printed this pattern off and made a cradle! Great instructions and beautiful little cradle for a teeny tiny one. Thank you for sharing the pattern. The pics are of the finished cradle with the lace, the second is the interior with a blanket and the third is showing the fabric I used for the outside of the cradle. It's kind of bright, but I think having it peeking through the lace makes it softer looking. The lace came from a wedding gown. Should I make a little flannel kimono to match?

  13. Cradle (sewn) - Elaine Zamora

    Version 1.0.0

I created this pattern and added instructions on how to make this cradle. It should be sized for about 14-16 week old baby. It is basic stitches involved -- nothing too fancy. If you are not familiar with joining to pieces together to form a lined bag or how to create a straight corner like you see in a tote bag -- I recommend googling on youtube instructions. You will see how easy it is to do in a video. The one cradle took me about 1 hour to make since I was making it and the pattern at the same time. All seams are about 1/4 inch. It is ok if it is less than 1/4 inch but you should not make them bigger than 1/4 inch or the size will be smaller. Enjoy.
